Please note that the registration is binding in each case.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cancellation\/Course transfer policy :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The participant can postpone their participation in a course, free of charge up to 5 working days prior to the first day of the course. In the case of a later cancellation or transfer, the full course fee is due.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptions to this rule are the WSET\u00ae courses where the minimum deadline for cancellations\/course transfers is 1 month. The full examination fee for the WSET\u00ae courses will be due when a transfer to another course is requested less than three weeks prior to the examination date.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that all cancellations or course transfers need to be made in writing (email or post).<\/p>\n<p>Course fees are not refunded.<\/p>\n<p>This offer is subject to the condition that the minimum number of registrations are met to run the course. Should the minimum number of participants not be met, l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin &#8211; Seeland reserves the right to cancel the course. The already registered students will automatically be registered for the following session in the form of a credit. The candidate wishing to cancel their registration, is required to inform Byron Cat\u00e9chis for l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin Seeland, in writing. The telephone or email notifications have no validity in this case. Refunds will made minus an administration charge of CHF 50.\u2014as well as any other services such as examination fees.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attendance<\/strong> &#8211; candidates are expected to attend all classes, should a candidate not be able to attend one day&#8217;s classes or three units during a module, the candidate will be required to complete the missing units or day&#8217;s classes at the next course availability and then sit the examination. The candidate will be liable for any extra costs incurred unless a medical certificate is provided within 7 days of the date of the absence specifying the reason for the absence. A certificate of attendance can only be issued when a candidate has attended all classes within the module.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Special Needs \/ Learning Difficulties<\/strong> &#8211; please inform us of any special needs you may have at the time of course registration or four weeks prior to the examination date (whichever is the longest) along with the supporting official (medical) documentation as appropriate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>note:\u00a0<\/strong>for all our courses involving tasting, you need to be of the legal age for the consumption of wine, fortified wine, spirits and or sake according to the Canton of the course location. Please note, that the legal age is probably not the same for all the aforementioned beverages, but this can vary according to the Canton.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions G\u00e9n\u00e9rales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;inscription peut \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, courrier \u00e9lectronique, poste, ou en ligne. Veuillez noter que l&#8217;enregistrement est ferme dans chaque cas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politique d&#8217;annulation \/ transfert de cours:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le participant peut reporter sa participation \u00e0 un cours gratuitement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 5 jours ouvrables avant le premier jour du cours.\u00a0Dans le cas d&#8217;une annulation ou d&#8217;un transfert ult\u00e9rieur, les frais de cours entiers sont dues.<\/p>\n<p>Les exceptions \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle sont les cours WSET\u00ae o\u00f9 le d\u00e9lai minimum pour les annulations \/ transferts de cours est de 1 mois. Les frais d&#8217;examen complet pour les cours WSET\u00ae seront dues lorsqu&#8217;un transfert \u00e0 un autre cours est demand\u00e9 moins de trois semaines avant la date d&#8217;examen.<\/p>\n<p>Veuillez noter que toutes les annulations ou les transferts de cours doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s par \u00e9crit (courrier \u00e9lectronique ou poste).<\/p>\n<p>Cette offre est sujette \u00e0 la clause conditionnelle qu&#8217;il doit y avoir le nombre minimum de candidat inscrit au cours pour que celui ci soit maintenu. Dans le cas contraire, les inscriptions d\u00e9j\u00e0 enregistr\u00e9es seront automatiquement report\u00e9es sur la prochaine session sous forme de cr\u00e9dit. Le candidat souhaitant annuler son inscription doit pr\u00e9venir Byron Cat\u00e9chis pour l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin &#8211; Seeland par \u00e9crit. Les demandes par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone et internet ne seront pas prises en compte. Modalit\u00e9s d\u2019annulation le cours pay\u00e9 sera rembours\u00e9 moins 50.- CHF charge de l&#8217;administration ainsi que les prestations sp\u00e9ciales telles que les examens.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Pr\u00e9sence<\/strong> &#8211; les candidats sont cens\u00e9s assister \u00e0 toutes les classes, si un candidat ne pourra pas assister \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e des classes ou trois unit\u00e9s pendant un cours, le candidat sera oblig\u00e9 de compl\u00e9ter les unit\u00e9s manquantes ou les jours de classe \u00e0 la prochaine s\u00e9ance du cours, puis se soumettre \u00e0 l&#8217;examen. Le candidat sera factur\u00e9 les frais suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 moins qu&#8217;un certificat m\u00e9dical est fourni dans les 7 jours \u00e0 compter de la date de l&#8217;absence. Un certificat de participation ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9 que si un candidat a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les classes \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur du module.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besoins sp\u00e9cifiques \/ Difficult\u00e9s d&#8217;apprentissage:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; veuillez nous informer au moment de la registration ou quatre semaines avant la date de l&#8217;examen<em> (selon laquelle est la plus longue)<\/em> dans le cas o\u00f9 vous avez des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques en nous soumettant les documents (m\u00e9dicales officiels) n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veuillez noter:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; pour tous nos cours qui incluent la d\u00e9gustation des vins, vins fortifi\u00e9s, spiritueux et sak\u00e9, vous devez \u00eatre de l&#8217;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal dans le Canton o\u00f9 le cours est organis\u00e9. Veuillez noter que l&#8217;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal n&#8217;est pas n\u00e9cessairement le m\u00eame pour toutes les boissons mentionn\u00e9es, mais la loi peut varier selon le Canton.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allgemeine Gesch\u00e4ftsbedingungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Anmeldung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Anmeldung zu einer Veranstaltung erfolgt telefonisch,\u00a0per E-Mail, mittels oder Online-Anmeldung. Die Anmeldung ist f\u00fcr den Teilnehmenden auf jeden Fall verbindlich.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verschiebung, Annullierung:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der oder die Teilnehmende kann bis 5 Arbeitstage vor der\u00a0Veranstaltung den Kurs kostenfrei verschieben. Bei sp\u00e4terer Absage ist grunds\u00e4tzlich der volle Veranstaltungsbeitrag f\u00e4llig.\u00a0Im Fall einer sp\u00e4teren Verschiebung oder Annullierung ist die volle Kursgeb\u00fchr f\u00e4llig.<\/p>\n<p>Von dieser Regelung ausgenommen sind alle WSET- Kurse. Hier betr\u00e4gt die minimale Frist f\u00fcr Absagen\/Verschiebungen 1 Monat.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00fcfungen des WSET k\u00f6nnen nur bis sp\u00e4testens 3 Wochen vor dem Pr\u00fcfungstermin verschoben bzw. annulliert werden. F\u00fcr\u00a0Verschiebungen nach diesem Termin ist die volle Pr\u00fcfungsgeb\u00fchr geschuldet.<\/p>\n<p>Bitte beachten Sie, dass Verschiebungen\/Annullierungen immer schriftlich (E-mail oder Post) erfolgen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n<p>Sollte die Mindestanzahl von Teilnehmer nicht erreicht werden, behaltet l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin S\u00e0rl das Recht vor, den Kurs zu stornieren, oder beziehungsweise, zu verschieben. Die registrierte Studenten werden automatisch f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Kurs ohne zus\u00e4tzlichen Kosten angemeldet. Der Student, der seine Kursteilnahme stornieren m\u00f6chte, soll Herrn Byron Cat\u00e9chis (f\u00fcr die Firma l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin &#8211; Seeland) schriftlich informieren. Telefonische oder per Emailmeldungen haben keine\u00a0 Rechtliche Validit\u00e4t in diesem Fall. Kursgelder werden erstattet in spezielle F\u00e4lle minus Administrationskosten von CHF 50.&#8211; sowie andere Dienste wie Pr\u00fcfungsgeb\u00fchren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Anwesenheit<\/strong> &#8211; Es wird erwartet, dass Kandidaten bei alle Kurstage anwesend sind. Wenn ein Kandidat einen Kurstag oder drei Einheiten w\u00e4hrend den Kurs abwesend ist, wird der Kandidat automatisch zum n\u00e4chsten Kurs verwiesen, um die fehlenden Einheiten oder Kurstag nachzuholen. Erst dann wird der Kandidat die Pr\u00fcfung ablegen d\u00fcrfen. Der Kandidat haftet f\u00fcr etwaige zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten, es sei denn, ein \u00e4rztliches Attest wird innerhalb von 5 Werktagen nach der Abwesenheit vorweisen kann. Ein Zeugnis der Teilnahme kann nur ausgestellt werden, wenn ein Kandidat bei alle Einheiten des Kurses anwesend war.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Besondere Bed\u00fcrfnisse \/ Lernschwierigkeiten:\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; bitte teilen Sie uns Ihre Lernschwierigkeiten bei der Kursanmeldung mit, oder vier Wochen vor dem Pr\u00fcfungstermin <em>(je nachdem, welche die l\u00e4ngste)<\/em>. \u00a0Lassen Sie gleichzeitig die ben\u00f6tigte (\u00e4rztliche) Zeugnisse uns zukommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bitte merken Sie:\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; f\u00fcr alle Kurse die Verkostungen beinhalten, muss der Teilnehmer von Gesetzlichen Alter f\u00fcr Wein, Gespritete Weine, Spirituosen und Sake sein. Diese Regel bezieht sich auf den Standort wo der Kurs stattfinden wird. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das gesetzliche Alter ist wahrscheinlich nicht gleich f\u00fcr alle genannte alkoholische Getr\u00e4nke, dies kann aber nach Kanton variieren.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termini e condizioni:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Iscrizione al corso:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;iscrizione pu\u00f2 essere fatta per telefono, e-mail, posta, o online. Si prega di notare che la registrazione \u00e8 vincolante in ogni caso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Politica di trasferimento di cancellazione:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il partecipante pu\u00f2 rinviare la loro partecipazione ad un corso, gratuitamente fino a 7 giorni antecedente del primo giorno di corso. In caso di cancellazione o trasferimento ulteriore, il prezzo del corso \u00e8 dovuto.<\/p>\n<p>Le eccezioni a questa regola sono i corsi WSET\u00ae in cui il termine minimo per cancellazioni o trasferimenti dal corso \u00e8 di 1 mese. La tassa di esame completo per i corsi WSET\u00ae sar\u00e0 dovuto al momento della richiesta di un trasferimento a meno di tre settimane prima della data d&#8217;esame del corso.<\/p>\n<p>Si prega di notare che tutte le cancellazioni o trasferimenti dei corsi devono essere fatte per iscritto (e-mail o posta).<\/p>\n<p>Gli spese del corso non sono rimborsati.<\/p>\n<p>Questa offerta \u00e8 soggetta alla condizione che il numero minimo di iscrizioni sono soddisfatte per eseguire il corso. Se il numero minimo di partecipanti non sar\u00e0 raggiunto, l&#8217;\u00e9cole du Vin &#8211; Seeland si riserva il diritto di annullare il corso. Gli studenti gi\u00e0 iscritti verranno automaticamente registrate per la successiva sessione nella forma di credito. Il candidato che desidera cancellare la loro registrazione, \u00e8 tenuto ad informare Byron Cat\u00e9chis per l&#8217;\u00e9cole du vin &#8211; Seeland, per iscritto. Le notifiche di telefono o e-mail non hanno alcuna validit\u00e0 in questo caso. I rimborsi saranno fatti meno una tassa amministrativa di CHF 50.-, cos\u00ec come tutti gli altri servizi, quali tasse di esame.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>Presenze<\/strong> &#8211; i candidati sono tenuti a partecipare a tutte le classi, se un candidato non \u00e8 in grado di partecipare a una giornata di classi o tre unit\u00e0 durante un corso, il candidato verr\u00e0 richiesto di completare le unit\u00e0 mancanti o la giornata dei classi alla prossima disponibilit\u00e0 di corso e poi prendere l\u2019esame. Il candidato sar\u00e0 responsabile per eventuali costi aggiuntivi sostenuti a meno che un certificato medico \u00e8 previsto entro 5 giorni lavorativi dalla assenza. Un attestato di frequenza pu\u00f2 essere pubblicato solo quando un candidato ha partecipato a tutte le classi all&#8217;interno del corso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bisogni speciali \/ difficolt\u00e0 di apprendimento<\/strong> &#8211; Vi preghiamo di comunicarci eventuali esigenze particolari si possono avere al momento della registrazione al corso o quattro settimane prima della data del esame <em>(a seconda di quale \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 lungo)<\/em> insieme con la documentazione di supporto ufficiale (medico) a seconda dei casi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Si prega di notare:<\/strong> per tutti i nostri corsi che coinvolgono la degustazione, \u00e8 necessario avere l&#8217;et\u00e0 legale per il consumo di vino, vino fortificato, liquori e sake o secondo il Cantone che il corso avr\u00e0 luogo.
