We follow a self-directed learning approach where the candidate will follow the instructions in each lesson in a linear fashion to complete their studies for the exam.

What is included in the course: study materials, access to the distance learning course for the duration of the course, tasting practice prior to the WSET exam at our premises

We suggest that you order the “tasting kit” from Vinovae by following the link. The code for ordering the samples will be sent to you electronically when you register for the course.

The examination and tasting exercise will take place on the 30th of November 2023 at 14:00 on our premises.

Please note that you are expected to attend the course and sit the exam on the date indicated. If you are unable to sit the examination on the date specified, you will be required to submit a medical certificate prior to the examination date.
Once you have submitted your medical certificate, you have three months in which to sit the examination.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for professionals in the spirits and liqueurs industry, as well as those with a passion for the subject.

If you want to learn more about spirits and liqueurs, you will learn about the main production methods and raw materials, and how they influence the different styles of spirits. You will also learn about the basic principles of serving spirits and their use in cocktails.
