This course is designed for professionals in the spirits and liqueurs industry, as well as those with a passion for the subject.

During this course, you will learn the advantages and disadvantages of each type of still as well as the principles of distilling. A professional approach to tasting and assessing all the main categories of spirits and how to assess their quality.
We will be introducing you to the principles of the service and mixology (cocktail category) according to each style of spirit and the choices available for service.
The legislation within each category of spirit is part of the product knowledge covered by the course.
