If you enjoyed the series ‘Drops of God’ or were fascinated by the documentary ‘Somm’ and would like to know how they can recognise aromas in wine, join our seminar: ‘Sensory Analysis – Wine’.
Through a series of exercises over the course of the day, we’ll introduce you to the main flavours and aromas of the main grape varieties used to produce wines around the world.
By the end of the seminar, you will be able to :
- recognise the main flavours and aromas of some of the main grape varieties
- used to produce wine around the world
- recognise the most common defects in wine
- understand the difference between a primary, secondary and tertiary aroma (or flavour) in wine
