During the seminar, we will introduce you to the brewing calculations used in each phase of the brewing process: from determining the quantities of malt used and calculating the IBU value of a beer to precisely calculating the carbonation of a beer.
At the end of the seminar:
- You will be able to calculate the addition of raw materials precisely.
You will also be able to calculate the various process steps, such as colour, carbonation and achieving the target density at the end of the boiling process, precisely.
You will be able to calculate the brewing efficiency of your equipment precisely.
