Qui peut participer ?

Le cours peut être suivi par les étudiants qui ont obtenu le WSET® Niveau 2 en vins ou qui peuvent prouver des connaissances équivalentes. Il est fortement recommandé de suivre le WSET® Niveau 2 en vins dans son intégralité avant de suivre le WSET® Niveau 3.

Qu’est-ce qui est proposé ?

Cette qualification fournit une analyse approfondie des principaux vins du monde. Le cours comprend également des dégustations approfondies afin d’apprendre à reconnaître les styles et les qualités des produits. La dégustation fait partie intégrante du cours.

Le WSET® Niveau 3 en vins permet d’acquérir une connaissance approfondie des facteurs qui influencent le style, la qualité et le prix des principaux vins tranquilles, mousseux et pétillants du monde. La qualification permet d’acquérir une connaissance détaillée des produits, qui peut par exemple aider à la création d’un assortiment dans le commerce de détail ou la restauration.

Les candidats retenus seront capables de décrire le caractère des principaux vins et de rendre compte des principaux facteurs qui influencent le style, la qualité et le prix. Ils sont ainsi en mesure de conseiller directement la direction, de répondre aux demandes des clients et de choisir des vins de manière compétente dans les situations les plus diverses.

Connaissances préalables requises : – Le WSET® niveau 2 en vins ou un niveau d’expérience équivalent est préférable pour pouvoir s’inscrire au WSET® niveau 3 en vins.

Financial assistance:

For those of you who are employees or managers of a restaurant, hotel, bar or nightclub in one of the following cantons, it is possible to benefit from a subsidy towards the cost of the course.

The cantons with which we currently have an agreement are:

  • Fribourg
  • Geneva – it is possible to apply for “a grant or a loan” from the Canton
  • Jura
  • Neuchâtel
  • Valais – ritzy formation continue

we are working on the possibility of offering candidates from other cantons the same level of assistance. We will let you know as soon as this is possible.
